4.  The formula is dismantled: in the end, why is this the safest way to calculate?

Formula: Position Size = Risk Amount ÷ (Point Value × Stop Loss in Points)

Risk Amount: the number of dollars you are willing to lose.

Point Value: 1 point of volatility corresponds to the dollar profit and loss of 1 lot of contracts. MetaQuotes official real-time (data: 1 )

Stop Loss in Points: MT4 chart crosshairs show points (most varieties 10 points = 1 pip).

A: Position Size is the notional amount of your trade; Lot Size is the unit of lot size in MT4. The two are converted by contract size.
